Partially guyed tower-
This partially guyed tower has one guyed mast and is one freestanding structure. The wires can either be anchored to either the top of the structure or at the structure's ground.
Additionally guyed tower-
The additionally guyed tower even has added wires with it for support. They can also be temporarily attached for adding some stability, especially during the time of construction. Or it can be attached at just one direction for supporting the unidirectional shear stresses.
For example, the utility pole which is there at the end of one power line where one line ends or even angles off in another direction. The guyed tower is only required in one direction for supporting the unbalanced load of the power line which is there in the other direction.

Monopole Towers-
A single mast which is tubular and comprises this kind of cell tower due to the amount of instability that comes with the use of one single pole. These structures are of height 200 feet. A benefit of this type of tower is it requires less ground space for erecting. And its antennae are mounted to the top and exterior of the mast.
Stealth Towers-
The stealth towers are much more expensive than the other towers as they require other additional material for creating one concealed appearance. The sizes smaller than the usual ones are not so efficient.
Lattice Towers-
This tower type is also called as “self-supporting towers”, the lattice towers are made up of steel mainly and their construction is done in either square or triangular shape. As compared to any other type of cell tower these towers offer maximum flexibility and stability.
